See, sometimes, when we make a decision, we accidentally slip back into the INDECISION.
We back-pedal in our minds.
“Did i do the right thing?”
“What if I got it wrong?”
“What if it doesn’t work out? What will I do then?”
That doubting prevents you from being all in for your decision and actually sets you up to struggle your way through carrying a ton of extra anxiety.
I used to do this all the time. But Kisma showed me another way.
See, what she does is after she makes her decision, the very next decision she makes is that that decision is the best decision ever.
And she keeps making that decision again and again. This does some very magical things.
First, it gets the head out of doubt and worry.
Second, is it uses the law of increase. When you decide that it’s the best decision ever, your mind starts looking for ways that things are working out.
It finds the path forward, even if it’s nothing like what you envisioned.
Pretty amazing.
Now surely, this isn’t about strapping on rose colored classes and ignoring problems and warning signs.
It’s about being decisive and resourceful. It’s also about developing a deeper sense of Self Trust to step into your decisions and make them the best ever.
Because your life is really just a collection of decisions.
So why not make them the best decisions ever?
