Once you see it, you can't unsee it. But you can choose something different...
And not from a place of pushing away, trying to fix, or eradicating that part of you.
You can love it for the hurt, confused or disappointed child it is and decide for something different.
What beautiful gift to receive from someone who is frustrating you.
And you can do the same thing with people who inspire you.
Not only will you develop a deep sense of empathy that allows you to understand and connect with others like never before.
You will realize that you are your own source; Your unending supply of goodness.
